Identify what’s important to you!
Topics include mindfulness, personal development, sleep, nutrition, and
taking charge of your health. Come and enjoy meeting with other women Veterans
while on your journey to Whole Health.
When: Begins Wednesday, March 11 3:30 PM – 5:00 PM for 6 weeks and will be held every Wednesday from 3:30PM-5:00pm.
