Logistics Management Service
Service Mission/Vision
To consistently deliver the right item in the right quantity at the right time at the right place for the right price in the right condition to the right customer.
Scope of Service
Logisticians interlock facility resource requirements with supplier goods. Logisticians adapt supply chain management systems to achieve the greatest benefit for all three parties. On the facility end of the supply chain our mission ensures the highest quality and proper quantities of resource availability to our customers — yet the facility as a whole uses the least amount of resources as possible; and on the other side of the supply chain our mission ensures that authorized suppliers “sell” as much as they can to this facility dependent upon our demand.
As a vision each Logistician continually seeks out and takes advantage of opportunities which may lead to increased supply chain efficiencies; this vision is a forward thinking approach which keeps the supply chain flowing freely and reduces upstream and downstream costs. The result is that a three way win-win is accomplished through supply chain management, all three parties maximize their levels of performance, operating as efficiently as resources and opportunity allow.
